Day 97 of Smilemakers around you – Filling ice in fishing boats
He is a labourer in the coastal dockyard.
He spends his days amongst hundreds of fishing boats that dock in and out of the port.
He is able to deal with huge quantities of broken ice pieces that have to be packed in the huge rooms below the boat.
His pride as he showed me the process of storing the fresh ocean fish catch among the ice made me smile.
