Day 338 of small things giving smiles – a bright cool drink on a hot day
Have you got bogged down by the scorching noon sun when you are out in the open? Do you then wish to stop and slow down and look after yourself with a drink? As the first sip of the tasty drink hits your tastebuds…wow.. isn’t this a moment for a big smile?
So there we were trying to explore every nook and corner of a new city! The heat of the sun was slowly starting to become unbearable. And then we were beckoned by a very welcoming sign .. meaning.. chilled beer served here!
Ok I do not drink beer, but I do relish something chilled..and the added bonus was the new bright colour that came along with the drink..
As I sipped it slowly enjoying its special flavour I knew I was blessed in life!..pu too please take time off to savour these sweet moments of chilled delights! The smile that it gives is sweet too!
And if you are wondering what flavoured drink got me so thrilled that day..it is hibiscus..imagine drinking a crushed shoe flower!
