Attending  a music festival in a heritage island at night 

Have you ever been on an island at night which never had official electricity from the government? It was a new fact to us that after years of sustaining on private electricity, the Elephanta caves finally got it’s own electricity to be lit up at night. 

It was a surreal ambience to be sitting outside an ancient cave,  under the trees and open skies,  watching traditional folk and classical dances and listening to Sufi and folk music. The environment of the Elephanta music and dance festival will be remembered lifelong with a smile.
