Leading the inaugural session to Train 56 Trainers to take Dr. Kalam Sir’s Lead India workshops to Karnataka.
It was with a lot of apprehension and excitement that I landed by the early morning flight to Hyderabad. It was the beginning of a week long ‘Train the Trainer’ session for a batch of 56 enthusiastic youngsters from Karnataka.
However once I had the mike in hand, the sheer passion for the cause took over and it was easy to manage the flow of the ice-breaking session.
These participants who would undergo an intense one week training from our team, would go ahead to conduct their own Lead India camps in Karnataka and I smiled at the privilege to be associated with this great vision of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam of providing life skill trainings to underprivileged children.
