Clapping hands without making a noise.
At one of the workshops that we did, we had a constraint of not making extra noise. So we deviced a new method to keep up the enthusiasm and also, not to disturb anyone in the nearby rooms.
Instead of clapping loudly for every participant who comes ahead, we decided to lift our arms and move our fingers in acknowledgement for the person on stage. The enthusiasm of the students was well received and there was not too much of noise.
It is these impromptu creations that bring a smile to our training job
