When you lead a team of blindfolded participants down an uneven mountain pathway.
Trusting your company workers is one of the foundations for the success of a team.
And the context of blind trust was taken to a whole new literal meaning at one of our training workshops. There we were, a whole bunch of corporate professionals and me at a remote adventure camp site at a place called Jiyalgarh in the midst of the mighty Himalayas.
And wecwere really amazed at the trust that the participants had in each other, as one ‘dumb person’ led another ‘blind person’ down the mountain track.
The smiles on everyones faces after reaching down safe and sound, was worth all the initial hesitation
So do notice what makes you smile in your professional life. Have a smiling year!
