The beauty about sharing knowledge is that the more you give, the more it increases in the world. And last week, it was a pleasurable experience to conduct a Train the Trainer workshop.
It was time to share the background nuances and snippets of 12 years of corporate training experience. The relatedness that was developed at the end of the session added to the professional experience.
And as I signed and gave away the certificates at the end of the program, the smiles on the faces of the participants was priceless.
