Sometimes there is a sense of security when you meet old neighbours. At the Annual general body meeting of our building it was interesting to see the contrast of old and new perspectives.
As an ex joint secretary of my housing society in Bangalore, I know how difficult it is for the office bearers to manage the different views and egos of the flat owners.
All in all, the mandatory group photo had smiling faces after heavy discussions in the morning.
So in 2018 do notice these simple smiling moments.Have a smiling year!
