Day 463 Be a Smilemaker Traveller- Inspire Someone to take an adventurous water speedboat ride.
So have you ever got on to a water speedboat? If so you must have experienced the thrill of racing on the choppy waves, doing seemingly dangerous looking twists and turns.
So there I was telling a friend who was terrified of stepping into water about the unimaginable thrill of solo speeding over the waters. And surprise of surprise she actually agreed to go solo on the water scooter with just the instructor behind her.
She zoomed into the distant horizon and zoomed back again, even before she realized what was happening! When she returned all elated about her speed trip, she herself was surprised at how easy the speedboat ride actually was, as compared to the difficult imaginary fear she had about it!
The smile of confidence on the face of a friend after having conquered her imaginary fear of a thrilling speedboat ride was really worth the persistence that preceded this adventure.
