There is something about skating that brings out the free flowing spirit that is within each one of us.. You may fall and get up again and again in the process, but the important thing is to continue to rise, and then once you get your balance, you will enjoy the free flowing journey… Isn’t this a great message for our journey of life too?
Also remembered the hug I gave my 5 year old after his first skating competition attempt, he was actually embarrassed and told me for the first time… Hey mum, leave me alone, everyone’s watching…
