Playing an informal murder mystery game with participants after the formal session
When you stay together for 5.days at a workshop, you are bound to interact informally even after the formal session is over.
I remember an outdoor adventure training program for a batch of highly intelligent and enthusiastic new recruits from premier colleges across India, who had just joined a famous power company.
So it was a surprise when I was invited by the youngsters after a nice bonfire, to play a murder mystery game in one of the larger tents. We laughed so much and I smiled as the connection between the trainer and participants became even stronger!
