Since 2007, with her experience as a softskills professor at ICFAI, Shobha has the honour of imparting the much needed practical training for many students that has elevated their confidence levels and given them vital skills to get job confirmations or face the new challenges of professional life with a smile.
Since 2008, with her experience at CETC training firm at Mumbai, Shobha has created smiles among all levels of corporate management with her workshops in leading Companies across India like Vedanta, IDBI, HDFC Life Insurance, HPCL, MSEB, Sanofi, Himmatsingha, Mico Bosch, ACC, Toyota, TVS etc.
